The Monrovia YMCA officially launched its highly anticipated 2025 Summer Vacation School today, promising an exciting mix of learning, innovation, and sports for children and youth across the capital!

Running from July through August, this year’s program features a groundbreaking highlight — the “Smart Computer Kids” Futuristic Class, introducing participants to coding, robotics, AI basics, and creative tech innovation. The class aims to equip young minds with future-ready digital skills, helping them become the next generation of Liberian tech leaders.

In addition to academic and digital learning, the Summer School brings the heat with high-energy sports events, including the much-loved basketball tournaments, soccer matches, and fitness challenges. These events promote teamwork, discipline, and physical well-being among participants.

Speaking at the launch, YMCA officials emphasized the program’s goal of creating a safe, fun, and empowering space for children during the long vacation, combining education, innovation, and recreation.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to enroll their children early, as spots are limited and demand is high.
